slammed shut. They’re trapped and claustrophobic. They’re not thinking of how much they love you, they’re
panicking over how to get the hell away from you. The worst one of all is to threaten to harm yourself in
some way if they don’t come back. This is a terrible situation to put anyone in, and your ex will now be
worried – legitimately – about your well being. Never,ever say this. If you have said it, offer your sincerest
ever say this. If you have said it, offer your sincerest apologies and make it clear that they have nothing to
